Excuse me while I feel slightly badass in my boots and cut offs! Only in LA I guess does this combo make perfect sense, it's ok there to dress for summer and winter all at the one time. But, while I'd love to, sadly I don't live in LA. So a coat and some tights may need to be added to this combo to make it suitable for London living. xx
