My mum is the best person I know in the world and there is nothing more I like to do then spoil her in any way that I can. Since my sister has become a mama I've realised even more clearly how hard it is to be a parent. I consider the sacrifices, struggles, highs and lows my mum must have experienced raising four children and I'm more and more in awe of her greatness. My mum is the best person I know, so I thought I'd share with you guys some of her favourite places we have taken her. Because if your gonna do anything for your mum this weekend then who's better then my mum to make suggestions. And if your budget don't stretch that far, that's cool, make your mum a cuppa, give her a hug and tell her you love her - I love you mum. My mum loves sketch and so do I, if you have been on Instagram for more than a minute then you must have seen this beautiful powder pink room across your feed at one point. I've already featured Sketch on here a few years back so you know it's a winner.
This is another spot I've featured on the blog and I still haven't grown tired of it and neither has my mum. She loves a night at the Electric, Portobello is our location of choice. You have to take your mum here one day, it's honestly one of the best cinemas we have have been to.
This is a firm fave for my mum, she loves it here and like all the other places on this list so do I (she has good taste) Berners is part of the Edition hotel and is a beautiful spot to head for drinks of even just a coffee. The vibe is amazing and it's so opulent - head in one day even just to check out the venue.
My sister and I took my mum here for dinner and she loved it and has been making plans to be taken back there. It serves Nikkei cuisine which is the very best of Japanese and Peruvian dishes, the food is delicious and the vibes are excellent - it's actually a great dinner spot. x
